Who could you share your goals with?
Who could you share your goals with?
One of the best strategies I’ve found that works when trying to have self-discipline is to have a ‘buddy’ or someone to talk to about your progress.
I always ask new clients if they have someone they can share their journey with and support them.
This person doesn’t judge, hinder, or influence your progress but serves as a way to ascertain your goals.
Our goals need to be spoken out loud.
By saying the goals out loud to someone, you turn the wish into a reality and into something that exists outside of your head.
This is also a reason why I encourage you to write the goals down! The simple act of telling someone about your goals can enable you to continue when you’re likely or tempted to quit.
This step is to encourage you to tell someone close to you about what you’re aiming for. Who are you planning on letting in, or who have you already told about your aims?
I hope you have enjoyed this information. Until next time!
