What are essential nutrients?
The food we eat gives us the nutrients we require for our bodies, and increasingly food companies are publishing claims on their packages and products, encouraging us to buy their products because of the nutrients they contain.
What do we need though?
Studies have shown that key nutrients such as probiotics, fish oil (omega 3), and vitamins C and D can positively affect your immune response with dealing with chronic illness.
Do you take supplements?

Our diet is a powerful tool in our fight against autoimmune diseases, and yet it is rarely spoken about when you are first diagnosed.
The food we eat can increase or reduce inflammation. Reducing inflammation helps us heal! Supplements can help us further.
