It can be difficult in such a fast-paced, modern life to allow ourselves to slow down enough to enjoy the experiences that surround us.
Meditation can take just a few minutes a day or it can take longer. It can be part of a class, or it can be completed by yourself. If you are new to meditation then why not contact me and arrange a private class where I will discuss the types and give you some experience of these.
