Relax. Don’t Stress Out. Breathe.
Stress is part of our daily lives, but we are often not taught how to deal with it.
Did you know you can’t stress and digest? Whether we like it or not, our bodies are designed to go into a stress response automatically. We don’t control this response. It occurs before we realise it, and this goes back to fight or flight when we may have had to run away from lions, tigers or bears!
I now run classes to help people learn to manage stress. It is something we can learn to live with and help ourselves manage every day. By using some techniques, you can help your body relax, and this can be an outstanding practice to introduce into your daily life.
