For breakfast, you want to aim for a balance of carbs, protein, fat, and fiber to give you the energy you need to start your day and keep you full until lunch.

The Breakfast Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ frozen banana
2 cup spinach
1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
Handful of ice
How to make: Combine everything into a high-speed blender and enjoy!
