Become Aware!
Are you aware of any issues arising in your work - life balance?

Depending on the severity of your work-life imbalance, you’ll require different rebalancing techniques than the person sitting at the desk next to you.
This is why I believe that any kind of work/life rebalancing technique should involve some self-analysis and introspection to be effective.
We all need to take the time to honestly look at the issues that are arising either in work or at home (or both), and ask ourselves questions like:
“Do I really have to do this to be successful/happy/fulfilled?”
In the end, it all comes down to self-awareness and acknowledgment!
Check in with yourself and realize when your current habits or priorities are not serving you in a way that makes you feel happy and fulfilled.
Self-awareness and introspection are key to making lasting changes to a work-life balance.
